As a way of contributing to the wider efforts in laboratory services in Malawi, ASRT is pleased
to announce the opening of a laboratory at ASRT premises in Lilongwe, area 10. The laboratory
will provide a range of rapid tests of various clinical conditions and diseases including malaria,
Covid-19, syphilis, HIV, Hepatitis B, along with reference testing and disease surveillance. The
laboratory has been registered under Medical Council of Malawi and will be managed by
qualified a laboratory technician and a laboratory Assistant. For more information please call
